現實中動物是弱勢無聲的一群，很多時因為人類的發展，害他們失去尊嚴地活下的權利。小花把貓咪畫成巨大而溫柔，深信動物即使得到強大的力量，都只會想與大自然和人類和諧共存。

小花自從2012年的香港膠粒生態災難和國民教育教風波起，便決心以畫筆為公義發聲，成為一位漫畫及插畫創作者。她認為我們每一位都可以成為英雄的。每一位都可以以生命影響生命，並為社會作出貢獻。故此，她開始了第一個個人面書專頁，並加入了網上群組<社漫>，來發表一系列題材主要是有關動物權益，弱勢社群或是溫暖勵志的小品。她希望能用畫作感染大家去關心社會，關心動物，讓愛像花粉一樣散播各地。小花深信「弱水三千，只取一瓢飲。」，為了貫徹以畫筆影響生命的理念，自2013年7月起至今，一直堅持舉辦「小花義賣」，出售畫作及紀念品所籌來的部份收益，來買飯票幫助基層，或者捐贈給較小型的動物團體作慈善用途。
Flora starts to be a part-time illustrator on social issues since the massive plastic spill incident on Hong Kong’s Lamma Island and Hong Kong National Education Protest in 2012. She thinks a hero could be anyone. Every one of us can be a responsible person to the friends and families and even to our society. Therefore she started to have first Facebook page and joined HKSocComic whose art themes are mainly on animal rights and/or the inspiring stories.
She hopes her diverse collection of drawings are impressive and inspirational to invoke our concerns in social issues, as well as to warm the heart and heal the soul like pollen spreading everywhere it goes. She has even organized a charity road show and donated a portion of proceeds to buy the meal tickets for lower income class or to some small animal charity organization by selling painting and souvenirs since July 2013.
